Analyze and interpret complex data to inform business decisions, including loss ratios, claim frequencies, and severity of losses
Develop and maintain actuarial models to estimate losses, including catastrophe models and regression analysis
Conduct sensitivity analysis and scenario planning to assess the impact of changing market conditions and regulatory requirements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Claims, Safety, Legal, and Finance to develop and refine P&C products
Provide actuarial support for product development, pricing, and reserving
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging risks to ensure our P&C products remain competitive and compliant
Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders
What you'll bring:
Robust knowledge of and experience with actuarial methods
Strong communication skills to explain actuarial results
ACAS or higher certification or in pursuit of accreditation

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
