Job Description

Salary: $20 / Hour We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Preschool Teacher Assistants to join our team in the North Orange County area! As a Preschool Teacher Assistant you will play a vital role in supporting the lead teacher in creating a nurturing and educational environment for young children. You will assist in implementing age-appropriate curriculum, supervising activities, and ensuring the safety and well-being of the children. Responsibilities: + Assist the lead teacher in planning and implementing educational activities and lesson plans. + Supervise and engage with children during playtime, both indoors and outdoors. + Support the lead teacher in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment. + Provide individualized attention to children, fostering their social, emotional, and cognitive development. + Assist with daily routines, including snack time, nap time, and bathroom breaks. + Communicate effectively with parents and guardians, providing updates on their child's progress and addressing any concerns. + Collaborate with other staff members to create a positive and inclusive learning environment. Requirements: + 12+ units of Early Childhood Education (ECE) (required). + College credits (required). + High school diploma (required). + Previous experience working with young children is preferred. + Strong communication and interpersonal skills. + Patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for working with children. + Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. Pay Range: + $18-$25 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
