We are looking for a talented Site Reliability Engineer to join our team. You will assist in maintaining system reliability, monitoring infrastructure, and responding to incidents.
- This is a hybrid role which will require working out of the Waltham,MA office at least once per week.
Primary Job Responsibilities Technical Implementation & Development
- Monitor system performance and asisst in troubleshooting issues
- Support automation efforts to improve reliability and reduce manual operations
- Assist in deploying and managing cloud and on-premise infrastructure
- Learn and apply SRE best practices including: monitoring, alerting, and incident response
Project Scope & Complexity
- Work on well-defined tasks related to system reliability and automation under supervision
Communication & Impact
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure smooth system operations
Leadership & Growth
- No direct leadership responsibilites; focus on learning and development
Qualifications Education
- Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
Years and Type of Experience
- Up to 2 years of work experience in a Site Reliability Engineering/ Platform Engineering/ DevOps role or similar
Key Skills, Knowledge & Capabilities - Linux system administration, basic scripting (Python, Bash), monitoring tools (Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana), cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), incident response processes
- Fluent in English; knowledge of German is beneficial
