Join us and be part of this journey towards greater opportunities and brighter futures. **Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled Site Reliability Engineer with a strong background in Kubernetes and cloud technologies. The ideal candidate will have experience working with TKE (Telecom Kubernetes Engine) and possess the ability to design and implement disaster recovery (DR) setups with a focus on high availability and load balancing. This role requires proficiency in CI/CD processes, as well as exposure to technologies such as Cassandra, Rabbit MQ, Gitlab, and Redis/in-memory databases. Cloud experience, particularly with Kubernetes on AWS, is highly desired. **Responsibilities:** + Deploy, manage, and maintain production systems and infrastructure using Kubernetes, with an emphasis on Telecommunications Kubernetes Engine (TKE). + Design and implement disaster recovery solutions to ensure high availability and reliability, using Load Balancer and other relevant technologies. + Set up, manage, and optimize CI/CD pipelines to streamline development and deployment processes. + Collaborate with development teams to define SRE processes, standards, and best practices. + Monitor system performance, reliability, and security, applying appropriate improvements where necessary. + Proactively identify system inefficiencies and implement solutions to resolve them. + Utilize and manage technologies such as Cassandra, Rabbit MQ, Gitlab, and Redis/in-memory databases to ensure optimal system performance. + Work closely with cloud service providers, particularly AWS, to design scalable and efficient infrastructure solutions. + Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to system performance, latency, and availability. **Qualifications:** + Proven experience with Kubernetes, particularly TKE, with relevant telecommunications experience being a significant advantage. + Strong expertise in DR setup solutions and implementing HA/load balancer configurations. + Proficient in CI/CD pipeline setup, management, and optimization. + Hands-on experience with Cassandra, Rabbit MQ, Gitlab, and Redis/in-memory databases. + Experience with cloud platforms, especially AWS, and deploying Kubernetes on AWS. + Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and implementing system improvements. + Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. **Education and Experience:** + Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. + 10+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a telecom environment. **\#LI-Remote** **\#ConcentrixCatalyst** The position will be posted until 05/05/2025 The base salary range for this position is $91,457 - $137,186, plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies.
