We're hiring a  full-time W-2 Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Registered Nurses (RNs)  to provide  K–12 school-based  services for the 2025–2026 school year.  Whether you're an experienced school nurse or new to the field, you’ll be supported by a team that understands the real challenges and joys of this work—and is here to help you thrive.

Position Details

• Caseload: Multiple positions available, mostly 1:1 support positions
• Schedule: Monday – Friday
• Hours: 37.5 – 40 hours/week
• Dates: August 2025 – May 2026
• Location: Onsite in North Carolina

Responsibilities

• Manage student health records and medication administration
• Support chronic health condition management (e.g., asthma, diabetes, allergies)
• Coordinate with parents, school staff, and outside providers as needed
• Maintain documentation and comply with health-related regulations
• Participate in IEP or 504 Plan meetings when relevant

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted  North Carolina Registered Nurse (RN) license
• North Carolina Board of Education School Nurse Certification  (or willingness to obtain)
• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred
• CPR and First Aid certification required
• Pediatric or school-based experience a plus
• Strong organizational, communication, and decision-making skills
• Compassionate and student-centered
