Recruiter - We are seeking a talented and proactive Recruiter to play a key role in our HR department. This remote role offers the flexibility to work from home while making a direct impact on our growing team. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, evaluating, and recruiting qualified candidates to fill our job openings. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of various sourcing techniques, a large existing network of talented professionals, excellent communication skills, and a passion for connecting great talent with exciting opportunities within our organization.

Responsibilities:

  1. Talent Sourcing and Acquisition:
    • Utilize various sourcing methods (job boards, social media, networking, etc.) to attract top-tier candidates for open positions.
    • Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
    • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
  2. Collaboration and Communication:
    • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
    • Communicate effectively with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
    • Provide regular updates to hiring managers on the status of open positions and candidate pipelines.
  3. Candidate Evaluation and Selection:
    • Evaluate candidate qualifications against job requirements and conduct in-depth interviews to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
    • Coordinate and facilitate interview processes, ensuring timely feedback to candidates.
    • Assist in the selection and offer process, including negotiation of employment terms.
  4. Data Management and Reporting:
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
    • Generate reports and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and track the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
  5. Continuous Improvement:
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to enhance recruitment processes.
    • Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the recruitment process.
  Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience as an in-house recruiter in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and candidate evaluation methods.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software.
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Experience utilizing JazzHR ATS preferred.
