Job Title: Production Operator II

We’re looking for a skilled  Production Operator II to help us keep things moving—with accuracy, speed, and pride.

  What You’ll Do:

• Operate production machinery with fine motor skills and precision

• Perform microscope inspections on small parts and assemblies

• Maintain product flow and prioritize tasks based on production demand

• Document work using tracking systems

• Train co-workers on equipment, processes, and production standards

• Support product testing and process evaluations

• Ensure tooling, supplies, and fixtures are ready and maintained

 

  What You Bring:

• High school diploma required, trade school preferred

• Prior experience in a production or manufacturing environment

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

• Comfortable working with small components and tools

• Ability to read/write English and communicate professionally

• Willingness to cross-train and support other departments

 

  Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with fixture design, coatings, sharpening, or forming

• Experience in lean manufacturing or continuous improvement environments
