Job Title: Personal Assistant – Bookkeeping & Administrative Support

Location: High Street – North Phoenix/ North Scottsdale Area

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized, numbers-savvy Personal Assistant to provide direct support in administrative tasks. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on accuracy, enjoys customer service.

The ideal candidate will be to handle confidential information with discretion. This position requires strong organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities without sacrificing accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:

• Maintain and organize digital and physical files related to finances and operations.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, deadlines, and follow-ups.
• Prepare spreadsheets and financial summaries for review.
• Communicate with clients and team members to resolve discrepancies.

Qualifications:

• Willingness to learn in an administrative role.
• Strong Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets skills (formulas, data sorting, basic reporting).
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to spot financial discrepancies.
• High level of integrity and confidentiality with sensitive information.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in small business operations or hospitality is a plus.
• Familiarity with basic financial reporting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Compensation & Hours:

• Schedule: Full Time M-F 8 am to 4 pm In-Office.
