RIGHTSTONE is looking for an Onsite Project Manager to join our team in Chandler  AZ, 85286  for a 3–4-month contract duration and offers $43/hr. , with a potential renewal. Responsibilities:

• Lead multiple projects from kickoff to completion, aligning with company goals
• Motivate cross-functional teams and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
• Adjust priorities, assignments, and schedules based on evolving business needs
• Identify project risks and roadblocks, proactively driving resolutions
• Communicate key updates and milestones clearly to all stakeholders

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing cross-functional projects (non-IT focus)
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Proactive mindset with the ability to shift gears as priorities evolve
• Experience using project management tools and scheduling software
• Familiarity with formal project management methodologies
