This role is crucial in ensuring smooth operations by handling incoming phone calls, releasing impounded vehicles, and dispatching tows. As a 24-hour business, we offer a variety of shifts to accommodate different schedules, with a current need of night shift coverage. Responsibilities

• Handle incoming phone calls and dispatch drivers using mobile phone apps and other communication tools.
• Process cash and card transactions accurately.
• Update paperwork, maintain documents, and perform word processing tasks.
• Organize and maintain office common areas.
• Perform general office clerical duties.
• Create, maintain, and enter information into databases.

Qualifications

• High school diploma.
• Experience in office assistance, dispatch operations, or customer service (preferred).
• Proficiency in answering phones and providing strong customer service.
• Ability to write clearly and assist with word processing.
• Warm personality with strong communication skills.
• Ability to work well in stressful situations and under limited supervision.
