Start your new career as a Knitter with MAU at Milliken in Williamston, SC. As a Knitter, you will operate knitting machines, perform quality inspections, and assist with maintenance to ensure efficient textile production. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity. What We Offer: ~Pay of $16.23 per hour ~Temp-to-hire opportunity ~Paid Time Off ~Referral Program ~Optional overtime ~12-hour rotating shifts ~Weekend work required What We’re Looking For: ~At least 6 months of warehouse or manufacturing experience ~High school diploma or GED preferred ~Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills ~Ability to read and understand knit specification sheets ~Physically able to lift and move up to 50 lbs ~Experience in a fast-paced production environment What You’ll Do as a Knitter: ~Operate knit machines efficiently within set parameters ~Perform creeling, doffing, and machine cleaning ~Conduct quality inspections of finished materials ~Assist with troubleshooting and basic repairs ~Communicate and collaborate with team members, technicians, and maintenance staff
