Telework Information: This position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule, with up to two days of remote work and three days or more onsite, per week. Our Investment Office Talent & Culture team is currently seeking an Associate Governmental Program Analyst (AGPA) to provide a variety of complex analytical and administrative functions to support the performance, effectiveness, and overall organizational health of the Investment Office.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Assist with the Investment Office (INVO) organizational development project to support the execution of CalPERS’ investment objectives. 
• Assist with developing and implementing investment-specific talent sourcing, engagement, and development activities.
• Write job-related memos, letters, and correspondence in accordance with CalPERS’ Style Guide and best practices. 
• Conduct research and compile, compute, organize, and present data and statistics for use in reports.

Special Requirements

Statement of Qualifications

Please provide a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) for the hiring manager’s review. Applications received without an SOQ or those that do not respond to the specific questions below will not be considered.

The SOQ must be typed, titled “Statement of Qualifications”, and each question must be numbered and answered, listing all relevant experience, education, and training, including places of employment, dates, and duties performed. The SOQ must not exceed one page in length and must have a size 12, Arial font, single-spaced.

Provide a response for each question individually.

Minimum Qualifications
