What You'll Be Doing:

Underwrite Government Loans: Underwrite FHA and VA loans with precision and expertise.
Navigate Guidelines: Demonstrate a complete understanding of FHA/VA guidelines, FHA Connection, and VA WebLGY.
Ensure Compliance: Adhere to company-specified limits and signing authority.
What You'll Bring to the Table:

Extensive Experience: Minimum 10 years of conventional underwriting experience.
FHA Expertise: Minimum 5 years of FHA experience.
Certifications: D.E./CHUMS ID required.
VA Qualifications: VA credit and SAR qualified.
Mortgage Lending Experience: 5 or more years of mortgage lending experience (preferred).
