Bridging Gap USA is a trusted tutoring center committed to academic excellence and equity. We specialize in small-group tutoring that supports students from all backgrounds. With a team of certified educators and over 40 years of combined experience, we take pride in nurturing strong foundational skills in both math and English Language Arts (ELA).

Position Overview:

We’re looking for a passionate and certified elementary school teacher to lead small-group after-school tutoring sessions in Math and ELA for grades K–5. Sessions are held in person at our Peachtree City location.

Duties include:

• Teaching small groups of students in Math and/or ELA
• Creating engaging, grade-level appropriate lessons
• Monitoring progress and tailoring instruction to individual student needs
• Maintaining consistent communication with the program coordinator

What We’re Looking For:

• Certified in Early Childhood Education or Elementary Education
• Experience teaching in elementary schools (public or private)
• Strong understanding of elementary ELA and math standards
• Able to manage small groups with diverse learning needs
• Organized, dependable, and passionate about student success
• Available 2–3 days a week (after school hours) for 90-minute sessions
