**As a Disposition Agent, your key responsibilities are the following:**
* Market and sale of the property inventory
* Reach buyers, through paid marketing, social media, realtors, loan officers, affiliate program direct and indirect to the costume and community leads reach.
* Coordinate open house, showings and inspections
* Stay informed about property market conditions, manage the sales pricing, spreadsheets with property information, etc.
* Manage the on-site marketing; ordering for sale signs, handle contractors to place signs, etc
* Keep track of all the information of the property and provide clear report of KPIs.
* Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to execute integrated marketing initiatives.
* Communicate effectively with managers to align on objectives, share updates, and feedback.
* Conduct comparative market analyses (CMAs) to determine the value of properties and advise on pricing strategies.
* Create compelling property listings with detailed descriptions, professional photos, and virtual tours to attract potential buyers.
* Proactively identify and pursue leads through various channels, including networking events, referrals, inbounding and outbuilding calls.
* Connect with buyers to understand their needs, preferences, and budget constraints, and provide personalized guidance throughout the home buying process.
Closing occurs between 30 and 45 days, Disposition Agent to be paid in full at the closing of the property.
Our expectation is to close 4 to 6 deals per month.

Expected hours: 40 per week
Hourly rate $5-$6 USD plus commissions.
