Your Role: Charity Events Assistant

As a Charity Events Assistant , you’ll play a key role in supporting fundraisers, public awareness campaigns, and nonprofit outreach events . You’ll help plan and execute events, manage logistics, and engage directly with the public to build community support for causes that matter.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing nonprofit events, fundraisers, and outreach campaigns

• Manage on-site logistics: setup, signage, registration, and volunteer coordination

• Communicate nonprofit goals and missions to attendees, donors, and community members

• Keep materials organized and ensure smooth, efficient event operations

• Gather and maintain supporter and donor information accurately

• Work alongside team members and nonprofit partners to ensure campaign success

• Attend team training sessions to build skills in event coordination, outreach, and communication

• Are 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.

• Bonus: Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, volunteering, or event support is helpful but not required
