Job Title: Bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

Our Organization is seeking a dedicated and culturally responsive Bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a school-based team in Illinois for the 2025–2026 academic year. This full-time opportunity is ideal for a passionate professional who wants to make a difference in the lives of bilingual and multilingual students by supporting communication, academic growth, and social development.

Key Duties:

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
  
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide professional recommendations.
  
• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders.
  
• Modify therapy plans and instructional approaches to meet individual needs.
  
• Conduct bilingual speech/language evaluations using appropriate assessment tools.
  
• Maintain documentation in accordance with federal, state, and district requirements.
  
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress.
  
• Provide speech and language therapy in both English and Spanish to students in grades PreK–12.
  

Requirements

1. ASHA certification is desirable.
   
2. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
   
3. Possess an active Speech Pathology license in Illinois.
   
4. Master's Degree in a Communication Disorder-related field.
