3 rd Shift Packer

Nesco Resource is hiring for a 3 rd shift packer

The 3rd Shift Packer is responsible for inspecting, packing, and preparing rubber and plastic parts for shipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect parts for defects, damage, or inconsistencies before packing.
• Pack products into boxes, bags, or containers accordingly.
• Label and stack finished goods on pallets for shipping.
• Communicate any quality or production issues to the supervisor
• Assist in other production tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Prior manufacturing, warehouse, or packing experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality required.

Pay:
$12.06/hr

Work Schedule:
Sunday – Thursday
11:30 pm – 4:30 PM (depending on production)
